Isobel assists with parenting issues, relationship issues, divorce, self esteem, life decisions and transitions. Isobel specializes in addiction issues, helping people to overcome eating disorders, drug abuse/dependency and addiction to medications. She specializes in women's issues of self esteem, co-dependency, boundary setting and assertiveness.

Isobel utilizes various techniques to assist clients reach their goals. Isobel is experienced in inner child, gestalt, active imagination, hypnosis, and Deep Memory Processing (DMP) techniques. DMP is a technique that is helpful in resolving past trauma, such as physical, emotional and sexual abuse. Isobel utilizes a holistic approach, working with the mind, body and spirit.

Counseling techniques are discussed before being utilized. Isobel focuses on empowering the client. Isobel adheres to the American Counseling Association ethics of professional conduct.

Isobel, originally from Ireland obtained a degree in Psychology and Certificate in counseling from the London Guildhall University in England. Isobel completed her Masters in Community Counseling at Western Connecticut State University in Connecticut and practised as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Isobel counseled in Northern Ireland and is an accredited member of the Brithish Association of Counselors and Pscyotherapists.

Isobel is currently Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addiction Counselor by the State of Florida, USA. Isobel counsels children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
